Would working with a Consultant consume too much of my time?

  • We will work directly with you or your designated contact, for about 2-3 hours daily for 2-3 days during Phase 1 - Consultation First Week.
  • We will then meet on a monthly basis for about 2-4 hours during Phase 2 – Consulting Implementation Follow-up.
